General Questions

1) Who pays for import taxes?

As we know, the customs in some countries will charge some import taxes, for different countries have different regulations, so we cannot offer you formal advice about taxes or the amount you may have to pay when importing our goods into your own country.

The actual paperwork and initial payment of charges for customs clearance is handled by the courier, and the recipient of the goods is later charged the total fee when signing for the packages.

Usually these taxes and charges are not very much, but in some countries they could be higher. You'll need to contact your country's customs office or your chosen courier if you would like details of the likely charges in advance.

2) Can you ship the item to my country?

We ship the item worldwide. Please just pay and confirm your custom and post office has no problem then we will send the item to you and you will get it in 2-4 weeks generally.

3) What can I do if I did not get my items after waiting for long time?

Generally, we need around 30 days to send items by free shipping, but in special festivals such as Spring Festival and Christmas Day the shipping time may last to 50 days.

If you do not get the item after waiting for those days, please contact us. We will raise a written query to our post office about your item, and urge post office to deliver the parcel more quickly. It may takes 2 months to get reply from post office. We appreciate your patience.

We will get back to you as soon as we get any feedbacks from post office. All the solutions we can provide must need the confirmation from post office. If you receive your item during this period, please let us know.

4) How does free delivery work?

1. Delivery lead times may vary based on carrier shipping practices, delivery location and items you order.  Products may be  delivered in separate shipments, which may effect delivery time.

2. We are able to ship to P.O. Boxes and an alternate ship to address will have to be provided by the customer.

3. We offer free shipping on all orders marked with the Free Shipping Icon.

4. If the customer is not available for the freight delivery an attempt to contact the customer will be made by the freight carrier. If  the customer is not obtainable the delivery will be returned to us and the customer will be responsible for all freight and holding fees of the carrier due to not being obtainable.

5. Express Shippping orders DO NOT qualify for free freight. Express Shipping orders will be charged additional freight.

6. Orders originally shipped and refused will be assessed an additional shipping charge for the reshipment of the order.

7. Business days are defined as Monday through Saturday, except major holidays. Orders are shipped pending credit approval and product availability.


5) How fast is Express Shipping?

Express Shipping takes about 5 to 10 business days for most countries (including the US). While it generally takes 15 to 20 business days for air mail delivery (Free Shipping), Please note that processing and packaging time still apply.

6) My order is shipped, why isn't there any tracking information available for the Registered Airmail/Express Shipping Package?

Live tracking is only available after the carriers have a chance to initially scan the package. Between the time the item leaves from our warehouse and the time it is scanned, tracking numbers may not show any results. For Express packages, the delay is about 24 to 72 hours. For Registered Airmail packages, it takes 3 to 5 working days for postal tracking to show online.


7) What is my order status? And how long will it take to process my order?

Once an order request has been received by us, you will receive periodic e-mails from us regarding the processing of your order. Within 72 hours of your order being shipped, you will receive an e-mail that contains the carrier tracking number (when available) for your order.

You can obtain your order status directly at the Buydropship Account with your order number (or transaction ID) and e-mail address.
